This cancellation policy applies to ANZSOG's executive education workshops. Please see further down the page for the cancellation policy relating to the Future public sector leaders' series.

If you are unable to attend this workshop, you may transfer your registration to a suitable colleague at any time for no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes as early as possible (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify ANZSOG in writing (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) as soon as possible.

Cancellation notifications received more than 30 days from workshop commencement will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 15 to 30 days of delivery will incur a 50% charge of the full workshop fee (i.e. a 50% refund).

If the original invoice has not been paid it will be cancelled and a new invoice will be issued to cover this cancellation charge.

Cancellation notifications received within 14 days from workshop commencement will incur a 100% charge of the full workshop fee. The invoice will need to be paid in full and reminders will be sent to this effect. 

Amendments, deferrals and cancellations by ANZSOG

ANZSOG reserves the right to amend, defer or cancel a workshop at any time. ANZSOG will notify registered participants as soon as possible and participants may accordingly request a:

  1. transfer of registration to the next available date and a credit note for any price differential or
  2. credit note that may be applied towards ANZSOG workshop(s), or
  3. refund

ANZSOG Future public sector leaders' series cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to ANZSOG Future public sector leaders' series (the Program) commencing on 17 November 2020 (Commencement date) and ending on 31 March 2021.

Amendments, deferrals and cancellations by ANZSOG

ANZSOG reserves the right to amend, defer or cancel a Masterclass under the Program at any time. ANZSOG will notify registered participants as soon as possible in case of amendment, deferral or cancellation of a Masterclass.

ANZSOG will automatically transfer participants to the next available Masterclass on the same topic, which the participants may accept, or if they prefer, change their registration to a different topic offered through the Program.

Alternatively, the participant may elect to receive a refund for the unutilised portion of their package or a credit note that may be applied towards any other ANZSOG programs within twelve (12) months of the issue date of the credit note. Amendments or cancellations by participants

Participants may amend their registration on the platform at any time.

Participants have the right to cancel their registration subject to the following timeframes:

  1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the Commencement Date are not subject to fees and participants will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 14 days of or post the Commencement Date will not be eligible for a refund.
