Cost-benefit analysis: concepts and practice

Do you know how to undertake a cost-benefit analysis to help you make more effective decisions in your work?

Developing a firm grasp of the theory and practice behind a cost-benefit analysis involves exploring the environmental, social and financial considerations of your policy or program initiative. This two-day workshop will help you to understand the key concepts of cost-benefit analysis, highlighting the tips and traps when conducting a study so that you can be prepared and confident about using them in your work.

Real-world examples and practical exercises will equip you with new tools to guide analysis, and the ability to argue a business case persuasively based on a cost-benefit study.
