Authentic leadership

Dr Dana Born  – a lecturer in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and distinguished former military leader – helps participants in this two-day workshop understand their personal story, how to lead effectively and how to find leadership purpose.

“Each of us is passionate about something,” Dr Born says. “Linking that passion to creating the commitment and courage to live one’s unique purpose is key to unlocking the future, changing the world and living a more meaningful life.”

Key benefits

Challenging conventional assumptions about leadership, this transformative workshop will help you take control of your career. It will increase your readiness for new leadership opportunities.

Participants will learn to shift their leadership focus from “I” to “we”, discovering that authentic leadership is about leading by example and empowering others.

Feedback from previous participants highlights that people walk away from the workshop with a greater sense of personal and professional clarity and focus.

Fantastic timing considering I am at a point of transition in my career. Fantastic food for thought, new perspectives, and a chance to speak my inner voice.
