Natasha Ryan is an SES1 officer in Health with more than a decade’s experience in the Commonwealth Public Service, framing complex (social and health policy) subject matter and supporting it with governance and project management expertise. She studied Commerce, majoring in Commercial Law, and has an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Australia and New Zealand School of Government. Ryan is currently responsible for administering a key component of the Governments $20 billion per annum Medicare Benefits Schedule (specialist services).
Ryan is known for her energy and ability to motivate others, risk appetite, and her pursuits outside of work – her passion for Muay Thai and kickboxing. She is committed to driving cultural change in the APS, building capability and supporting demographic change in the work profile, and pursuing innovative ways of working.
