Matthew Oliver has worked in the Commonwealth Public Service for over 28 years. Matthew spent 15 years with the Australian Taxation Office primarily in project management and user centred design roles. In 2005 Matthew moved to the Department of Human Services and has held a number of senior leadership roles including in Call Centre and Face to Face Service Delivery teams.
Matthew is currently the Region Manager for DHS in Tasmania and is responsible for leading the delivery of face to face services for Medicare and Centrelink in Tasmania. He has extensive project management, user centred design and service delivery experience with a particular passion and interest in building leadership capability and co-design.
