Mark is a Research Fellow with BehaviourWorks Australia at Monash University.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science with first-class Honours (Australian National University) and a Masters in Environmental Science (Monash University).

Prior to joining BehaviourWorks, Mark managed the multi-award winning Green Steps sustainability training program at the Monash Sustainable Development Institute. This role included the design and delivery of innovative training and education programs for organisations across Australia from the private (National Australia Bank, Fuji Xerox) and public (Commonwealth Department of Defence, Victorian Department of Health, Sustainability Victoria, various local governments) sectors, as well as the education (various universities around the world) and not-for-profit (Australian Council of Social Services) sectors. Mark was recognised in 2011 with an Australian Leadership Award from the Australian Davos Connection (ADC).

Prior to this, Mark held research roles with the Victorian Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability and community engagement roles with Environment Victoria.
