Jude Barling is the Director, Education and International Engagement at ANZSOG, with responsibility for the development and delivery of all ANZSOG short course and international education programs. Ms. Barling works collaboratively with public sector partners across Australia, New Zealand and Asia to design educational experiences that meet the specific needs of jurisdictions, agencies and their staff. In addition she works closely with existing and new teaching faculty to design education programs that build the capability within the public sector in a range of different areas. Prior to joining ANZSOG, Ms. Barling was an executive in the public sector working extensively in public policy and the education sector. She has a strong record of achievement within public administration, including the successful development and delivery of complex programs of work impacting significantly on the education landscape in Victoria. She has also authored major policy initiatives to inform government agendas and influence federal policy directions. Whilst in the public sector, she completed an Executive Masters in Public Administration with ANZSOG.
Ms. Barling has a Bachelor of Science (University of Melbourne), Graduate Diploma in Computing (Monash University), Postgraduate Diploma in Education (University of Melbourne) and an Executive Masters in Public Administration (ANZSOG/University of Melbourne).
