Dr Filia Garivaldis is an organisational psychologist who has worked in Cyprus and the UK before joining Monash University. She is an incredibly accomplished educator who specialises in creating impactful online learning experiences. Since moving to BehaviourWorks in 2019 Filia has led the development of the highly successful online short course, Applying Behavioural Science to Create Change and a ‘Toolbox’ series of practical skills-focused programs. Filia’s research interests focus around behavioural readiness and the role of online learning in supporting behaviour change skill development.

Filia is a founding member of the Monash Online Education Community of Practice (MOEC) and the Monash Online – Psychology Education Division (MO-PED), both of which serve to contribute to, and further develop and expand evidence-based best practice in online teaching, learning, and research, in line with the Monash University’s Digital Education Strategy.
