Dan Harradine is KPMG's lead Healthcare Partner in Queensland and the Northern Territory, part of the firm's Queensland Government leadership team and one of the leaders of the firm's national Health, Ageing and Human Services practice.
Harradine has more than 17 years’ experience working across the public and private sectors, having held executive roles across healthcare, social policy and infrastructure delivery agencies in Queensland and having undertaken consulting engagements for governments and private sector clients across Australia.
Following completion of the ANZSOG Executive Fellows Program in 2011, Harradine made a career transition to management consulting in mid-2013. He has led significant healthcare system reform and improvement activities across a number of Australian jurisdictions, with a focus on transformation activities and leading projects that support positive disruption to ‘business as usual’ for large-scale service delivery systems.
Having undertaken consulting engagements across the private sector, both central departments and line agencies of government and with the not-for-profit sector, he possesses unique insight into the tensions between continuing to achieve community expectations and addressing the very real (and often rapid) drivers of change associated with improving service delivery for users of government services.
