Executive Fellows Program (EFP) Overview

The Executive Fellows Program brings together around 80 senior executives, leading academics and experienced practitioners from Australia, New Zealand and overseas. The learning environment is engaging and dynamic, focusing on real-life issues and challenges faced by senior public sector executives in State, Commonwealth and New Zealand governments. The program is modelled on the best executive offerings in the US and UK.

The Executive Fellows Program (EFP) is:

  • a three week residential program with 80 participants;
  • tailored to help senior executives to enhance core leadership and management skills needed to direct organisations within the public sector;
  • modelled on the best executive offerings in the US and UK tailored to Australian and New Zealand environmental context and local needs;
  • a dynamic mix of theory, case studies and challenging exercises;
  • taught by best Australian and overseas academics and practitioners.
