Marinella Padula joined ANZSOG in February 2004 to assist with the development of the School's Case Study Program. With a background in organisational psychology, Marinella was previously at the Melbourne Business School (MBS) where she was involved in examining leadership and innovation in research and development (R&D) teams. During this time, she contributed to a volume on the topic, 'Leadership, management and innovation in R&D teams' due to be published this year.

An experienced freelance writer, Marinella has also contributed to numerous publications and is responsible for the production of new teaching cases as well as providing other ANZSOG case writers with advice and logistical support.
