Peter Whitehead—EFP, New South Wales

Peter Whitehead is the NSW Public Trustee and is a lawyer. As CEO of a self-funding government business his key focus is on good customer service and business growth while still providing service to all members of the community. This role currently (well and truly!) meets Peter's career ambitions.

He has worked for Public Trustee NSW since 1976 in the areas of Probate, Equity, Real Property, Taxation and Powers of Attorney, corporate and trustee compliance and risk management and has been a part of senior management since 1991.

Peter has been the National President of the Trustee Corporations of Australia, and is a member of many professional committees.

His commitment to the public sector means that he is probably here to stay.
