Gabrielle Sinclair (EMPA), Queensland

Gabrielle has been in the Queensland Public Service for over 16 years: the last 6 years as Executive Director, Policy and Programs with the Department of Corrective Services and more recently as Executive Director, Strategic Policy and Legislation with the Department of Local Government, Planning, Sport and Recreation. Her areas of responsibility have included the development of strategic policy, legislation, research, evaluation, corporate planning and performance reporting.

Gabrielle started her professional career as a teacher and has undergraduate degrees in Teaching and Education, and a Master's degree in Educational Studies (Education, Training and Technology). Her professional interests lie in cultural change and performance reporting and measurement for State and Local governments.
